Scope
Merchendice supports creator-led product development, storefront setup, production coordination, fulfillment, and customer support. A project begins when both sides agree its scope, responsibilities, timeline, and commercial terms.
Approvals
You own the creative direction and approve product concepts, samples, pricing, and launch materials. We may proceed only after the agreed approval points are confirmed in writing.
Production and payment
Manufacturing, sampling, and other project costs are discussed before they are committed. Revenue shares, fees, payment timing, and responsibility for taxes are agreed for each project and recorded before launch.
Shipping and support
Delivery estimates depend on suppliers, carriers, customs, and destination. We coordinate the agreed fulfillment work and communicate material changes, but cannot guarantee events outside our control.
Intellectual property
You keep rights to your channel, name, trademarks, and supplied materials. Each project agreement will state what is created for you, what may be reused as a general method, and when project-specific assets may be used.
